For the sake of your satisfaction, the damaged products will be returned or compensated with a balance in the wallet including shipping. The products used or opened will not be returned for your safety.

Also, you can return the devices on the condition that it was not used or opened and they should be in their original condition as received from

Q: Is there a return fee?

A: when returning a product in its original condition (not damaged), the return fee will be paid by the customer, and it is 2 OMR. It will be deducted from the returned product’s price. In returning a damaged product, Tutshe will pay all fees.

Q: How can I return the damaged product?

A: Our customer service team will be pleased to inform you about this by sending a ticket on your order, or the customer service available in our “Tutshe” application or through the number 91770156. Provided that the returned product is in its original condition and in its original packaging and has not been used or opened or changed the packaging features of the product.

Q: How long is it permissible to return the damaged product?

A: You can return the damaged product within 7 days of the purchase.

Q: How long does the returning process take for the damaged product?

A: In  Tutshe we work hard to satisfy you, it may take 10 work days for the returning process.

Q: In the returning process, how do I refund the amount you paid?

A: The amount will be refunded after we receive the damaged product and confirm its condition, then the amount will be refunded according to the method of payment.

If the payment is by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the wallet or to the bank account, and if the payment is COD (cash on delivery), the refund will be a balance in the wallet.
